Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your cv365 account at all times, including the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. cv365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cv365 immediately by contacting the support team. cv365 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your balance and personal data. You are advised to use a strong, unique password for your cv365 account and to change it regularly.
cv365 operates a KYC verification process to confirm the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All cv365 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in your own name that have previously been used to fund your cv365 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. cv365 processes withdrawal requests within 1 to 4 hours for bKash and Nagad following successful KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
cv365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the player's historical deposit pattern or where the platform has reason to suspect irregular activity. Withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state during the verification review period.
You may not withdraw a balance that consists entirely of bonus funds. Bonus amounts are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Clause 5 of these Terms & Conditions. All cv365 accounts are held and transacted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). cv365 does not charge currency conversion fees. Deposits and withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are settled directly in ৳ BDT with no conversion step required. For international card payments, your card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee if your card is not denominated in BDT — this fee is applied by your bank and is outside the control of cv365.

Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game round or sports bet, cv365 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player. cv365 will not honour winnings that result from a software malfunction, miscalculated odds due to a data feed error, or any other technical failure that produces an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the cv365 platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or permanent closure depending on the severity of the breach.
Any attempt to defraud cv365 or other players on the platform is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. Prohibited fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to: use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials; chargeback fraud (reversing a legitimate deposit after using the deposited funds); using compromised account credentials belonging to another player; submitting falsified KYC documents; and any other form of deliberate deception directed at cv365 or its payment partners.
Where cv365 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, the affected account will be suspended immediately and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities and payment network fraud teams. Any balance held in the account at the time of suspension will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited if fraud is confirmed.
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results is strictly prohibited. This includes coordinating bets on opposing outcomes of the same event to generate guaranteed profits (arbitrage exploitation beyond normal hedging), sharing account access to place coordinated bets from multiple accounts, and any form of communication or arrangement designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
Betting on sporting events where you have insider knowledge of the outcome, where the outcome has been fixed, or where you are in any way connected to the participants or officials involved in the event is also strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence. cv365 cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies investigating match-fixing allegations.
The use of bots, automated betting scripts, data-scraping tools, or any software designed to interact with the cv365 platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited. Account Suspension and Closure
Both cv365 and the player have the right to initiate account closure. The following terms govern the circumstances and process for account suspension and closure.

Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days. cv365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; provision of false registration information; prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7; or at the sole discretion of cv365 where it determines that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or other players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held securely and will not be accessible until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, cv365 may forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with the specific terms applicable to the breach. Where no breach is found, the balance will be released and access to the account restored.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cv365 will notify the registered email address associated with a dormant account before any administrative action is taken. A dormant account fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the account balance following the 12-month inactivity period. If the account balance reaches zero due to dormancy fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in, at which point no further dormancy fees will apply.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these terms entirely. The remainder of the Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect, unaffected by the modification or removal of the severed provision.
Language of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions are provided in English only. cv365 is an English-language platform. In the event that a translation of these terms is produced for informational purposes, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version.
